Custom printing services are reviewed individually before production.

Submission of a custom print request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.

ADHD Craft Cabin reserves the right to decline projects for reasons including:

  • Safety concerns

  • Intellectual property concerns

  • Material limitations

  • Production capacity

  • Business discretion

Custom projects may require consultation before production begins.

5. Customer-Provided Files and Designs

Customers may submit:

  • 3D model files

  • Design references

  • Images

  • Drawings

  • External links

  • MakerWorld or similar model links

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are accurate, complete, and suitable for production.

While we may provide guidance, the customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving project requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the legal rights necessary to reproduce any submitted:

  • Models

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Characters

  • Designs

  • Trademarks

  • Copyrighted materials

 

ADHD Craft Cabin reserves the right to refuse any project that may infringe upon:

  • Copyright laws

  • Trademark laws

  • Licensing agreements

  • Intellectual property rights

We may request additional information regarding ownership or licensing before accepting certain projects.

7. Design Modifications and Manufacturing Adjustments

To improve printability, durability, safety, or production success, submitted files may require modification.

Examples may include:

  • Adjusting wall thickness

  • Splitting large models into multiple pieces

  • Modifying supports or geometry

  • Material substitutions

  • Scaling adjustments

When significant changes are required, customers will be notified before production proceeds.

8. Manufacturing Characteristics

3D printed products are created through additive manufacturing processes.

As a result, products may contain characteristics such as:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Surface texture variations

  • Seam lines

  • Minor color variation

  • Support removal marks

  • Small cosmetic imperfections

These characteristics are normal aspects of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Handmade products may also contain natural variations that make each item unique.

9. Quotes and Pricing

Custom project pricing is based on information available at the time a quote is provided.

Quotes may be adjusted if:

  • Project scope changes

  • Dimensions change

  • Materials change

  • Design complexity differs from the original request

  • Additional design work becomes necessary

Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quote unless otherwise stated.

10. Payment Terms

Payment may be required before production begins.

For certain projects, ADHD Craft Cabin may require:

  • Full payment in advance

  • Partial deposits

  • Milestone payments

Production may not begin until required payment arrangements have been completed.

11. Order Acceptance

ADHD Craft Cabin reserves the right to:

  • Refuse orders

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Decline custom projects

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery, local pickup, and fulfillment information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

ADHD Craft Cabin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Supply chain disruptions

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because custom-made products are created specifically for individual customers, custom orders may not be eligible for return except as described in the Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

ADHD Craft Cabin products are not intended for uses beyond their designed purpose.

Customers should exercise caution when purchasing products for children and should provide appropriate supervision where necessary.

Some products may contain small parts and could present choking hazards.
 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHD Craft Cabin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Custom manufacturing services

  • Errors in customer-provided files or specifications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
